Considering the price I paid for this gas hob, it was a bargain.

Good & Bad
0 of 1 found this helpful The good part of the title was that HP was kind enough to exchange the scanner for another one that actually worked. The bad part of my title is that every time I'm disappointed with the purchases I make on ebay, I'm less likely to want make anymore purchases through them. The Installation CD that came with this item was in Russian and after many attempts of trying to scan something into my computer, nothing, no good. I allowed HP to take control of my computer remotely and they couldn't get it to work, so they decided to replace it with another one at no extra cost.
