The carers hand breaks are a safety feature is easy folded with the handy straps each side .
2 of 2 found this helpful We have had this W/Chair for only a few days and have used it twice, on bumpy streets and pavements. So far it has stood up to a journey of some 3/4 miles each journey, my husband found it was comfortable. The carers hand brakes is a very good safety idea as is the handles in the seat area to fold the chair, it is lightweight and has a good appearance.
