I bought all three steps as having extremely damaged, thinning hair. I had Olaplex treatment in the salon, so was very tempted to have something similar at home. You can read all about it on the product's website. I use N1 as a treatment as well. I mix it with water according to the stated proportion (15ml of N1 to 90ml of water) but half the amount for my hair length, put it in an applicator bottle, shake it well and distribute it on clean dump hair evenly. I leave it for 20 min, then without rinsing apply N2 and leave it for another 20-30 min. Then wash your hair with your normal shampoo and conditioner. You will not stop toughing your hair after this treatment.
If your hair is saturated with lots of conditioner or any other silicone like substances, make sure that you wash it before treatment with clarifying shampoo. Do not apply any conditioner. You will be laughing but I use Marseille soap before treatment and the treatment works much better then.
