Sickness
I start by saying that this is a very personal review based on my experience. I have received the capsules the other day and started to take them yesterday. I started as per instructions so I took 2 just 30 mins before workout. I did my workout and straight after that I had a very uncomfortable and strong sense of nausea which lasted throughout the day. I had to take other 2 as per instructions before 5pm. I couldn't. All day with nausea and shaking.
This morning I tried with only 1 capsule. Did my workout and again the nausea and the shaking are back.
Sorry but for me isn't a good product at all and therefore I would not recommend it.

Good product
Very happy with this product. Very comfortable when travelling.
Very good quality as the light lasts quite a long time after being charged with the USB
