Some standard
These batteries are truly excellent for the hobbyist who has a collection of for example radio controlled vehicles etc, many of which spend varying lengths of time sitting on the shelf and which are not always recharged immediately after use. If prolonged shelf life, durability and dependability are your thing, these batteries can not be bettered.

Does the job for half the price.
These replacement spools do exactly the same job as those which cost twice the price and that includes the postage. On the basis of cost alone and speed of service they cannot be beaten. The multiple purchase offers enable these items to be sensibly kept in stock on the shelf as spool line always runs out half way through a job but a spare takes only seconds to change.

Just right for the job!
These batteries are truly excellent for those of us who use them to power occasional use models. The substantial power available and long storage life make these absolutely ideal for both regular and occasional use. Having to either recharge existing batteries or worse purchase half a dozen or more single use units, prior to being able to run for example a garden railway locomotive or power boat, completely spoils the enjoyment of the sudden impulse to run even the most expensive equipment. Half of the problems associated with rechargeable batteries are solved by using Eneloop batteries with their extensive storage life without undue degradation. We now use no other AA batteries either singly or made up into packs.
