Extremely good information
I borrowed this book from a friend and decided, as I was so impressed with it, that I wanted my own copy. Contents are well laid out and its easy to read. Great that Bob Flaws decided to share the wisdom.

Inspiring music
I have debilitating illnesses. Two years ago I started Tai Chi. It has helped me body and mind. This music I had on tape (yes tape!) but it broke and wrapped itself around the innards of my machine!-
I was lost as I relax/meditate to it. Hence when I saw it here to buy I was delighted. It is 'used' but you wouldn't really know that as it is in such good condition. I really love the whole CD-Thankyou Peter Howell, your are a legend.......
