Non drowsy? ??
10 mg of antihistamine is definitely not non drowsy. I have found a 4mg which is much better for me. I might be temporary wanting to nap, but if I'm busy it passes. The 10 mg keeps me out of it pretty much for 24 hours. No more 10 mg for me.

Perfect size!
Perfect size to make up small salads to have on hand for lunch or supper. Just add dressing and you have your veggies, love them, and right size to store your canned vegs after taking out one serving,
