Poor quality, does not do what it suppose too.
The product is suppose to sound an alarm if someone touches the outside chrome door
Handle when the device is switched on and hanging on the inside door handle, it does not work even if you touch the door handle it is attached too, the only time the alarm work is when the actual device is touched, that seem a complete waste of time because if someone opens the door they are not going to touch the alarm when they are already inside your house, product is a complete waste of money.

Genuine item that fixed the problem
The product was genuine well made Karcher O ring water seal, it was in my opion a very good product and was invaluable to fixing my problem,
