Looks the same, but it isn't the same.
I broke just the glass in my original truck mirror. I intended to buy just the replacement glass.it is an easy replacement to do, but the sources for it are very expensive. I found that I can buy a pair of these original appearing mirrors for less that just the replacement glass for the OEM mirror. I had hoped to just pop this mirror glass out and pop it into my original mirror on my truck. Nope. Won't work. Even though they appear identical, the inner workings are completely different. This mirror is constructed completely different. This mirror glass does not come out. This unit is perhaps built better than the original mirror on the truck, but it cannot be used as a source for repair parts for the OEM mirror.

Exactly like the original
It works as well or better than the original antenna. With these extra antennae, I can leave an antenna in each car and in the camper and at home.

They fit, but it is a struggle.
1 of 1 found this helpful These do look and feel like the original, but installing them is a struggle. They do not stretch like the original, so it is exceptionally difficult to mount them. I would suggest warming them with a hair dryer or in the hot sun prior to attempting to install them. Even so, these are a fraction of the price compared to the original, and well worth the struggle to mount them.
