Heartfelt, but not quite what I had hoped in a leadership book.
I wish there was a note explaining this is a sequel to her first book. She references her earlier work a lot and I feel I am missing important pieces to the story. Also, I was hoping for more leadership tools, not anecdotes. Her story, however, is empowering and heartfelt.
