beware using any old CDR
4 of 4 found this helpful Quality is very top end, but beware if you think you can use any old CDR disc, as it will soon let you know if the type is wrong , as I had found out.
Make sure you use discs that state for AUDIO and not just for the computer,

Does what they say they do.
Good quality feel about them, and they come in pairs.
Worth the money :)

1 of 1 found this helpful I was not going to bother buying this item as I thought it will be the usual type with the mic built in, but no its much better than that.
First time I switched it on after connecting the phono leads the lights came on and went straight to their peak level, huh! I thought then looked at it more thoroughly there were two pot switches to the far left of the device, I thought to myself I will adjust these low and behold the lights went down and up to suit your own levels and whats more they are individual channels, also two settings provided with a pass through so you dont need to have it "always on".
I very well recommend it, so much so I will purchase another one.
p.s. it has a 19" rack style to it, may not fit all hi-fi cabinets.
But I still recommend it
