Save money....
I love my kinetic watch and was sad when it quit working, after doing some research I found this capacitor. Didn't know there was one in it. I installed it a week ago and it is charging and stays charged just fine. Saved me 3-400 dollars on a new watch. The screws are tiny and you will need a 1mm flat head screwdriver, also there are plenty of videos on Youtube to show how to do it.

Good product.
Replaced a 10 year old router, this has doubled my Internet speed and given me way more coverage.
