Slow dispatch
Paid for the item several days ago yet has only just been dispatched. May have been because of bank holiday. Have bought the same tunnel elsewhere and it is a good product, would recommend.

Mis-aligned print
Good quality mug. however the print is so low down on the mug that the words 'Ed Sheeran' have no gap between them and the bottom of the mug, almost looks as though it's almost cut off. If the print had been centred correctly this would have been a quality product.
