A generally competent machine
As supplied, the graphics performance is limited to that of a 'standard VGA adaptor' because the onboard AMD HD7500 chipset is not supported by Win 10 Pro. At the time of writing, I've got an nVidia low form factor graphics card planned as a retrofit so that (plus the 16GB of HyperX RAM I've installed) may actually serve to make this an efficient machine (albeit despite the Microsoft OS, rather than because of it).

Excellent printer (let down by *awful* OEM software)
Don't be misled by my opening scores ... the transaction went smoothly/promptly/efficiently .... and the printer *itself* works perfectly - insofar as it prints labels very quickly.
*** However ***
... quite what the blue flying fer-fer-fer-fork of lightning Sanford/Dymo were thinking (?) about when they developed the 'Windows 10-only compatible' software is anybody's guess. Clunky; non-intuitive; doesn't offer the ability to import labels saved on Win7/'330 Turbo' printer ... it's just awful.
On that basis alone, I now wish that I'd just kept my previous Dymo printer along with a dedicated Win7 PC.

Downrated due to premature failure of 24v power adaptor.

German design quality that comes at a high price
Being Truma (and hence German), it is what it is i.e. a good design, entirely functional and reasonably robust. The major downside is the eye-watering cost, built up as it is by a succession of inter-departmental "materials-handling" charges and subsequent wholesale = retail mark-ups. A distress purchase, without a doubt 😖
