Works as it should.
Single Sided deadbolt works as intended. Only complaint is the satin nickel isn't really satin nickel but more antique silver (if there's such a thing since I'm basing it on my experience with antique brass colored deadbolts and locks which is more subtle in appearance and sheen). Whereas satin nickel is supposed to a smooth and somewhat shiny silver, this "satin nickel" has a more dull and less shinier appearance (not shiny or glossy). It won't be that much of a difference unless you look carefully or iif natural sunlight hits it, then you will see a difference. I don't blame seller for listing what Kwikset labeled. It's the fault of the manufacturer for the discrepancy in labeling a wrong color for deadbolt. Just giving folks a heads up for this single sided deadbolt. I believe the regular/traditional door locks and deadbolts from Kwikset are more correctly described/labeled in terms of satin nickel color. Be aware of the difference only for single sided deadbolt color.
