Dead Laptop although Argos claims laptop has been professionally refurbished and tested
Came with a letter that said the product had been professionally refurbished and tested but unfortunately did not work out of the box. Should have trusted the previous review.
It was the last one they had left, and clearly had not been tested as it would not even turn on. Waste of my time. Argos has many of these negative reviews. Maybe it's because they are turning over high volumes, but refurbished products should actually be tested, as clearly this product and many others in your negative feedback section was not. This is the first actual negative review I have left, and it is just to warn others, of not purchasing refurbished items off Argos or any other online refurbished retailer, if you don't want your time wasted, or aren't competent in chasing up refunds on an online platform.
