Twelve years on
Even though this is a 1997 release it is one I have just heard & as a Shadows fan it was very pleasing to hear this recording even if some of the tracks date back a bit. If you are a Shadows fan & hav'nt got a copy of this CD I can recommend you do so. With a mix of both electric & accoustic guitars the tunes sound very nice & its not an in your face kind of album. I'm sure that when you listen you will not be dissapointed .

Beyond The Sunset by Blacmore's Night
1 of 1 found this helpful Only recently discovered this group & their sound really appeals to me. Ther is some wonderful music on this recording. A great rendition of the Joan Baez 'Diamonds & Rust' and tribute the to Jaquelin Dupre in 'Ghost of a Rose'. As for me I have not been dissapointed with any CD from this group & I would recommend this to anyone with a tendancy to enjoy rennaisance & pop music rolled into one.

Apollo 8 background material
I found the documentary very informative covering aspects of the Apollo programme not so well known. I recommend this to anyone interested in the history of manned spaceflight.
