  A truly wonderful seller! I don't have a car, and he kindly prepared a sturdy, large bag so I could carry the microwave home safely. On the morning of the pickup day, I asked if I could come at 19:30, and he agreed right away. Our communication was very smooth and pleasant. When he found out I’m Japanese, he even sent a few kind messages in Japanese, which was such a thoughtful gesture. A very kind and considerate person — highly recommended!

  Unfortunately I was delayed meeting the buyer and he was very patient and understanding. I wish everyone had his good manners and politeness, which are sadly becoming more scarce in the west and in the UK. He is a prime example of why Japan is still a very civilised place to live and I wish the UK still had the Japanese insistance on politeness respect. What a pleasant young man.
