    It's fairly easy for a seller to get good feedback when everything works out fine. It's a sign of a great dealer that manages to handle a complaint well and still get good reviews. I purchased 10mts of Parafilm sealing tape from this person, it is supposed to be very stretchy and pliable. However when mine arrived it was pretty hard and brittle and just kept snapping. Magnet Washing ball for washing machine & Dishwasher 3 Saver set

Very pleased to have found these
I have used Magnet washing balls for over 10 years. Magnoball were great but when they stopped making them in solid form I found they damaged my clothes, I am so happy to have found these washing balls from NaturGut, These items are very well made, and no knocking or hard banging against the glass of the washing machine. I make my own laundry detergent, but as I live in a hard water area, anything to soften the water is a huge benefit, and the proof is that these balls work, and less detergent is required. These items were shipped from Germany and arrived in UK within 4 days. Incredible service. Thank you NaturGut.

Excellent Tarp Clips
I use these clips in conjunction with tarpaulin for covering my outdoor woodstack. They are reliable and even with extreme hot or cold temperatures they have never become brittle or broken and that is with them being used outdoors 24/7 for over 4 years. They grip and secure the tarp very well and have proven to be very reliable, plus the eyelets are great to pass rope through to really secure load. My logs are protected and these clips keep the tarp totally secure and in place during the wet and windy weather season. I bought some more as I have an even larger log stack now, and these were my go to items - no hesitation. A simple and very effective item.

FALCON 211GEO 1092 Oven Cooker Fan Motor Complete Unit Genuine Spare Part

Worth every penny and a well made bit of kit
A replacement fan motor unit for our Falcon oven, which gave up the ghost after 23 years of loyal service on Boxing day!!! Ordered and delivered with 48 hours, and after watching an excellent video on Youtube, I was able to fit. The hardest part was moving the cooker - it's a beast. I think this motor is more efficient and it is quieter. Let's hope that I can get 23 years of life from this one.
