Said would send proof that they actually mailed package but didn't. Took days for responses. Said they would send proof of mailing, then said they would refund. Requested item. Finally, received refund today. Terrible experience, no Christmas present, not even late, I wouldn't buy from here even with other good reviews as seller is a liar & not a good guy.
