difficult to remove from case
very difficult to remove buds from charge base...of all buds ever used the most finicky to pair to different sources

Item appeared to show minimal wear for an off lease unit. but unit arrived with poor packaging that caused dents in the metal top lid...as to the unit it is a blazing fast unit with the i5 dual core Intel 3320M processor an Intel 180GB SSD and Win 7 Pro. it arrived with only 4GB of RAM...replaced that with 16GB asap and it improved performance greatly.. at the price of the item and another $80 for extra RAM and you have a blazing fast laptop at a great price....get one if possible...this is the fastest laptop I have ever used and I currently use two Lenovo and two other HP units with assorted AMD A8 and Intel i7 quad core processors all of which are newer units that this one.
