  I sent an email to the seller but have not heard back from them as yet. The description was accurate, my only complaint is that the grab it bowl on the bottom of the box was broken into several pieces, I was so disappointed b/c they were exactly what I wanted and expected. I feel like they tried to pack them carefully but the bottom of the box should have had more protection from handling.

  This person did not even give me 24 hours to respond to her message before she gave me a negative feedback. I did pack the bowls very well but apparently one got damaged in shipping. I did give her a refund for the broken bowl and she should not have given negative feedback for something that was out of my control. She is a first time buyer on Ebay and obviously does not know how to communicate properly. I work very hard to make sure all my buyers are happy with the items they receive!

  This item arrived in a light bulb box, inside the tape box had been opened and torn. This was not acceptable for a medical supply. However, the seller did not accept returns. The tape was in original plastic, so it is useable for non-operation uses. I would not use this seller again for any medical supplies. Picture of box did not match what was received.
