Surprisingly good for the money
1 of 1 found this helpful Surprisingly good for the money. Instructions were not perfect but the item was easily assembled by my 12 year old without help in under an hour. Strong enough for a young cat, we placed a 6kg weight on the base to give it essential stability. Main tubes are cardboard, so the item in not indestructible, but is great for the cat, saves the furniture and excellent value compared with similar items in pet stores. NB base comes in two parts and top shelf is not large.

Cheap useless rubbish
1 of 1 found this helpful Looks like the more expensive ones sold by the big stores, but this is a very poorly made copy. The pipe guide runners do not line up so any pipe being bent is immediately creased rendering it useless. The purchase price (£7.50) was very low so not worth sending back but this tool is only fit for the bin.

Looked good but thin useless rubbish
These bags looked good in the picture but on first using one they felt very thin and not strong. They are plain without the printed Henry instructions shown in the picture. I found the bag had split during use making a horrible mess inside the vacuum cleaner body which required dismantling and thorough cleaning of the filter. The supermarket own brand bags are of much higher quality. It proves you get what you pay for.
