Remarkable for the price
Brought this cable as our old Qed cable was getting long in the tooth. This cable is noticably more stiff but easy to fit. Upon turning the virgin box back on I then had to spend a little while adjusting the settings but once done the picture quality is far superior to our old cable. Buy without hesitation

Stunning NAD amplifier
3 of 3 found this helpful I wrote a more detailed review on this amplifier before but ebay seem to have deleted it. Needless to say what a fantastic amplifier this is, even straight out of the box its a belter. Mountains of power yet has plenty of finesse to, wounderfully expresive midrange, and a clear pin sharp treble. Over the last 10 years ive upgraded every cable from power cables to rca and speaker cables and this lifts the performance still further and to the power cables suppling it added silver mains plugs and iec's and some very expensive 13 amp fuses from a well known american company called the 'black' fuses and all in all this amplifier is nothing short of amazing. everything it was good at straight out of the box it just excels at now! This amp has reduced me and my better half to tears on many occasion and that surely is the highest praise i can give! gobsmackingly wonderful amp!!!!

jamo D266 ripe for upgradeing!
2 of 2 found this helpful Well i've owned a pair of these "beasts" for nearly 20years since i was 17 years old and were brought for me by my late father after alot of nagging. I first ran them on a goodmans amp for 10 years and they sounded great and had them on their wheels for years, then after the purchase of of a NAD c352 amplifier and going into the relms of expensive hifi cables such as kimber kable and russ andrews and QED , I then took the plunge to upgrade the jamos. The first thing i would say is BIN THE WHEELS! Im a carpenter by trade so made some hardwood platforms up spiked to the floor then used a large lump of yew wood, cut into equal lengths and planed into a cone shape and these the jamos sit on. the result was truely gobsmacking, bass massively tightened up yet still plenty deep, tons more information in both mid and treble. To this date more has been done to improve them, the crappy internal foam has been binned, and long haired sheeps wool now replaces this, the internal joints strengthend with quarter round beading and lots of wood glue, dynamat has been used on the speaker basket to prevent ringing, and also under the sheeps wool in the middle of each panel. The plastic ring around the bass cone removed then carefully mark the screaw holes that are around the speaker basket and brass screws used to hold in the bass driver then the plastic ring put back in place and screwed down. I hope this helps anyone who reads this as now these speakers sound utterly amazing!!! In my eyes all the jamo D series need this doing to them because it transforms them into something stunning. Now just to re-wire the internals! cheers for reading,Aaron.
