The item is new but the box was opened and a bit tatty (as stated in the ad). I said I was sorry that the buyer was unhappy, but that they could return the item and have a full refund including all postage - but ALL THEY WANTED WAS A DISCOUNT OR THEY SAID THEY WOULD LEAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I did my best. Buyers like this are not needed and give eBay a bad name.

Good Quality
Well made. Expensive for what it is, The stand does flex when load baring only a 100mm which will take the tension from any rigs ie hammocks with built in mozzy nets.. I use the stand at full extension with a 9 foot hammock and that works well but could explain the flex. 5.9 80kg if that helps

Happy with purchase
Modern look with good lighting easy to install. You’ll need a 150-150mm collar to fit the fan housing as their isn’t enough to simply connect ducting. I used insulated ducting to keep the noise level down so for me the fan isn’t loud
