Solid nylon construction
After initial adjustments it holds my sea kayak perfectly in place. Very gentle on the hull. Good value product.

Strong tarp
I tested the tarp over several nights in hammock. Weather was rainy on two occasions, the lowest temperature below freezing. Ice in the morning.
No leaking whatsoever.
Tarp is made of polyester, which is stronger and shall last much longer in UV light (sun) than nylon.
The main seam in the middle was not taped properly, as one of the two parallel seams was not fully covered. I treated it with a layer of rubberised glue instead of sending back. It worked fine.
DPM is of a very light shade, hence light brown patches have colour of a sandy beach, standing out on any darker background.
These are really minor issues for me, and I’m overly very happy with the purchase. Looking foreword to by one for my daughter, too.
