Al contrario: ha risposto puntualmente ad ogni mio quesito, fornendomi informazioni; si è inoltre impegnato a rispedirlo immediatamente. Il cappello alla fine è arrivato, in ritardo, ma è veramente bello (e caldo). Oltre a consigliare il prodotto in questione spendo anche una nota di merito per il venditore che si è dimostrato onesto ed efficiente.

  Excellent service/company to do business with. I unfortunately ordered the rugby ball which was to small? I contacted aa-sport explaining my mistake and advising I would be returning the item and would appreciate a full refund. This was not a problem. I returned the item as requested and a full refund was given. Thank you for your understanding and excellent customer service.
