  Unfortunately we received the shipment but it does not correspond to our order. We had ordered the HES ASSA ABLOY 4500C 12/24D-630 Electric Strike New, but the package contains a completely different model: the 1600-CS-630 series strike. Moreover, the product sent is not new but used. It shows visible signs of prior installation, as you can see in the attached images.
