I have arthritis and this little machine really helps a great deal. Increased workouts. Lowers pain greatly

This is the second one that I have bought. The first one, I loaned to my sister and I found I can not live without one anymore. The first one I was able to use a hair band to keep the button pushed to stay on but this one I have to use stronger rubber bands. I expect the newer ones have fixed this issue but I am still very happy with the item. It does a great job of lowering inflammation after I workout.
