Takes time but worth the shot!
4 of 4 found this helpful Started off with low expectations but it does exactly what it says. Its like going through the cycle on a water base so yh discomfort, cramps, gushes lol the whole lot but totally worth it. Helped with my acne alot aswell, improved my overall hormonal health. Does make u lazy and sometimes feeling depressed and overwhelmed with emotions so you can tell that its all hormonal effect which is natural and long lasting. On my 3rd month and plan on taking for 6 months to a year depending on how long it remains effective on my acne and body. Id say dont be disheartened, i didnt see results till i was a month and a half in because obviously like all medicine you have to take for a while so your body can use it. Our body works slowly so it takes time to get to a certain hormonal point to see effects. Take regularly 1 a day straight after breakfast, and dont even miss one tablet because all the effort will be wasted and your body will start the course from beginning. According to the packaging and google, results are obtained from 3-6 months, because its not water retention its actual muscle. (TOTALLY NOT SPONSERED I AM A NOBODY ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA WORLD I DONT EVEN HAVE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA I AM JUST A CUSTOMER WHOS ACTUALLY IMPRESSED AS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND ACTUAL WORKING SUPPLEMENT AND ALWAYS GOT CONNED UP UNTIL NOW)
