Works well, but takes some installation

These are what they say in the title: gel cups for some models of Peltor headsets, of which I have the Sport 300. My only issue with them is that what's sold is only the gel pads with an adhesive backing, and not the plastic part that clips into the headset. To install them you have to rip the old foam pads off their backers, clean off the stuck adhesive, then peel and stick the new ones. This is pretty quick and easy, but I was under the impression that these would be a straight drop-in fit.
