Does the job
Bought it to clean some light stains on the carpet, used water without shampoo as a test, and the stains came out with some satisfyingly muddy water coming out of the tank afterwards. This isn't rocket science - it just squirts (soapy) water onto your carpet, then sucks it up. As far as I can see, It does that very well. The hand tool does the same thing on small areas. Overall, I'm impressed, my only complaint would be the siting of the on/off switch which is hard to reach and has an awkward action.

BAD BATCH?
I have been using the previous BlueBuds X for a long time on my Android phone (Galaxy S4 Mini) and found them to be excellent in every way with a great sound and comfortable fit and impressive Bluetooth range. I only decided to upgrade the the X2 when one of the earpieces suffered a slight drop in volume.
To cut a long story short, I have sent back two sets of the BlueBuds X2 because they both had the same problem on exactly the same phone (and my daughter's OnePlus X which I tried them on as well). The Bluetooth dropped out continuously and seemed to have an effective range of about 5cm (literally, I had to hold the phone to my ear to listen to a downloaded podcast without continual break-up).
I have no idea what's going wrong here, and Jaybird had no suggestions either beyond re-setting my phone which still works fine with the old BlueBuds X. I'm very disappointed about this, and I've had to buy some Sony Bluetooth earbuds (which also work perfectly with my phone). I've seen no other comments about this, so maybe I was just unlucky?

Best strings I've tried - flexible and durable
Great strings, with a little extra flexibility due to the round core. Put them on my Gibson L00 and it made it much nicer to play - action slightly less stiff and a more even tone. They are also lasting very well. I'm putting these onto all my other guitars now
