Does the job
I have an Omron blood pressure monitoring machine with a standard cuff that fits me and works well. My wife has fat arms and the standard cuff is not big eneough. I bought the large cuff for her and it works perfectly. It fits me as well and produces the same result as my standard cuff so I am satisfied that it is good.
