    Untrustworthy Buyer - Proceed with Caution: recently had an unfortunate experience with this buyer who purchased an item from my shop. After receiving the product the buyer demanded a refund but refused to return the item. Though customers have the right to return products if they are dissatisfied, this individual went a step further, persistently sending messages threatening to leave negative feedback if I did not comply with their refund request. DONT WANT RETURN THE ITEM AND WANT REFUND. ????

    Seller claimed his lack of response to my emails regarding the item being faulty was due to him being “‘locked up in police cells after being caught drink driving !”, I’ve heard some BS over the years but this really takes the biscuit………I’ll leave you all to draw your own conclusions, & has since threatened me ! - very professional character.
