Didn't help troubleshoot problem or respond after telling me he'd check with his "tech support". After I spent time to figure out what was wrong and replaced a bad part, he wanted the item back. He wouldn't reimburse for the broken part ($10) and claimed it wasn't part of the product, even though it is necessary to make it work and is in the photos and description.

Very Good Product!!
I would have given this product a straight 5 star, the only issue I have is that the outdoor sensor turns off sometimes. So far, am very happy with the product. I live in Georgia, and I was able to get an alert from the product that the temp was below freezing two days ago!!
