Yes you are correct I did not pay the deposit and I am sorry you believe that I can not follow simple instructions sir, but I was in contact with you via text and calls and I said I would fly out to TX from DE to see the car and finalize the purchase if the vehicle was registrable. You agreed to that and when I called you to inform you of when i was coming to see the car, you told me the car was sold by your partner and YOU DID NOT KNOW THAT until I called about the car.
