Outstanding film and performances
Outstanding film and performances by Burt Lancaster and Jean Simmons. Excellent supporting cast and cinematography by Richard Brooks. A scathing take down of the rise of the so called 'Christian' Evangelical right in the United States. Prescient and thought provoking as well as being thoroughly entertaining. Essential viewing in any age.

Great show.
Great show from HBO. Excellent cast, script and acting. Watching it again. Third time I've bought box set as gifts for friends and family. Probably gonna buy more! Riz Ahmed, John Torturro, Kenneth Michael Williams and Bill Camp are superb. The writing, story and cinematography are outstanding. One of my favourite limited series ever. Wish the team behind this would do another. RIP Mr Gandolphini if course.
