Day 2 and showing progress

Really informative makes perfect sense and I got more than 4 hours sleep !! Baby is 7 months and I thought it would be to late to change habits but following the routine in this book I have seen huge progress already was so shocked after waking at 4am for the last month yesterday he slept till 6.20 and today 7.05 :)
