The Charging inport is broken and the charging cable doesnt fit inside.

I am writing to you regarding the speaker that I have purchased called In tempo by my surprise, the charger is not working because the insert place for the charger is too big for the charger to go through properly, therefore we can not charge the speaker for us to be able to test it to see if is working properly. I would like you to replace it as soon as possible or to refund my money.
