Good Angle guide but......
The guide system is helpful but a victim of "value Engineering". The plastic is not as rigid as it should be, the parts break if you tighten too forcefully and the stones load up. In addition to that the guide system requires undo vigilance to keep yourself from grinding the end off the base plate. I do use this from time to time but only as an angle guide.

So Far So Good
I wear through a lot of scissors. These have remained sharp better than most.

Durable Disks
I switched over to these when I could not find the Black and Decker of the same thickness. These have proven tougher and longer lasting.
