Poor quality item
0 of 1 found this helpful It is regretful to inform you that the item i received today does not work. I have turned on the iron after filling up water in the tank. Buy nothing happen after two minutes turning it on. Tried ironing but no steam coming out and the plate remain cold.
Very upset with this item. I feel cheated.
