It does what it says if you are consistant
Have been using it for a bit over a week and noticing an improvement when used as part of my stack to improve my overall health as I near 40.
It does what it is supposed to do if you use it as a tool along side other supplements and physical exercise, IF you are consistent with your efforts and take as directed along with a clean food lifestyle.
This is not a magic pill, however it does work as part of a chain.

Great resource!
This book by Professor Dan Anderson is a great supplementary guide to folks who already train within the martial arts world, particularly Modern Arnis. It has enabled me to bridge the gap with what my own instructor has held back from me so I can understand what ( have already learned more effectively and build upon my own foundation in the arts.
