Best of bought for some time.

Great for Low N Slow in a smoker.
Good size lumps and does not spit and spark like some I have used.
Al in all great product will buy again very happy.π

Not ultra fast
Ok for the price but you can buy cheeper that does the same.
Misleading name it's not Ultra fast the temp takes more than 5 seconds to settle.
Overall it's ok and will give you an accurate temp eventually π
