  The item was described as used but nearly new as hardly been used. I can agree that the bike does look as good as new in very good condition. It came with no tools or documentation, but the tools are easily replicated with personal tools and the documentation is freely available on line at the JLLFitness website. The courier had a bit of a problem when delivering and the seller provided exceptional communications. Even with this issue the bike still arrived a day before it was due. All very good
