  item was poorly packaged in an envelope so that just the envelope arrived with nothing in it. Seller was quick to offer a refund and resend a new item. I emailed to state i would be happy with just the replacement. Emailed seller again 11 days later,as I had not received the replacement or a refund. Im still awaiting a response.

  The computer is absolutely perfect, sent on time and received earlier than expected, packaging was first class. I had a small issue, but messaged the company and they walked me through all the steps I needed to take to resolve it. Excellent costumer support. A genuinely great company to deal with
