As good as a videogame coffee table book can get.
1 of 1 found this helpful The reviews are subjective; some right on the money and some that I don't quite agree with. However Pat and team show a vast amount of knowledge and research to provide a true reference guide to the NES. There were a few facts that were a bit off that gave me the sense that they weren't completely knowledgeable to what came before the NES, but generally the information is backed up thoroughly and at times, with a really good sense of humor. Would really like to see an SNES version of this. One of the best book purchases that I've made in recent years and do not regret the what I paid.
