  The customer service wasn’t as great as the first time. Have used these guys before and everything was super good, dealt with Joe last time, quick replies and all sorts. Dealt with Joe this time too but the communication was slow, had to resend messages to get a response. I get that people are busy but not even a sorry for the delayed replies or anything. Loads of private plate sellers out there, your plates are good, but what will keep people coming back is your customer service.
