Martin, I am putting this on the record as I cannot contact eBay support to request removal of your erroneous feedback for the wrong item. Because it was actually a positive feedback, eBay do not offer me any route to contact them AFAIK. I suggest, unless you know of a different way, that we just sit tight on this for now? Great product, does exactly what we expected & wanted

Solves the problem of missing deliveries when we are down the bottom of our large garden. It is loud and having the second portable unit in one of our sheds we can hear the doorbell wherever we are around our property The flashing lights are not really that useful we find. We also find the secret knock function very useful, about to set up the PIR sensor for the front door.
