  Laptop was described as having finger-print reader, and (Importantly for me) an operating system of Windows 10 Pro and a backlit keyboard. In fact the laptop was running on Windows 11 Pro, and had no backlit keyboard or finger-print reader. I asked the seller if he was willing to renegotiate the price ivo these shortcomings. He declined. The seller also failed to state the battery was only holding 48% of original capacity and 3 of the 4 rubber feet were missing. In the end I kept the laptop.
