CliShay Book
Great book for the newbee live steamer. The loco can be done up "crude and rude" for (retatively) quick time to trackside, dolled all up to build a working masterpiece, or anywhere in between. If you have no experience with machining parts, I would recommend any of Kozo Hiraoka's books to show you how to do it. The CliShay is the simplest loco to build, however.
